Spotlight on Chef, Kevin Campbell
Growing up in a Caribbean kitchen, I would always observe my mother, father, and grandmother as they made delicious meals in the kitchen. Later in life, I developed a passion for experimenting with different foods. I decided to turn cooking into a career when I enrolled in the Culinary Management program at George Brown College. Thus, a Chef was born.
I began my career working in restaurants and banquet halls. After compiling 11 years of experience in a fast-paced industry, I felt it was time for me to be in a more personal and intimate setting. Working at Bramalea Retirement Residence gave me the opportunity to bring joy to our residence through my culinary skills and creativity. It is an honor to take on this role with my great team members. Everyday I am rewarded with big smiles and compliments that make this experience fulfilling.
